Description

Unlike pneumatic tools that require a bulky air compressor for power supply, hydraulic tools are driven by compact hydraulic power units. These power units are about the size of a hand trolley and lightweight enough for two people to lift and place onto the rear of a truck or car, yet they deliver power comparable to that of pneumatic‑driven equipment.

Adopting advanced technologies, the hydraulic power unit is fitted with an air‑cooled engine from Briggs & Stratton or Honda. It features high combustion efficiency, light weight, rugged durability and long service life, with protection against engine overload. Compared with air compressors and internal‑combustion powered tools, hydraulic power units offer the following advantages:

  • Wide compatibility: capable of driving dozens of types of hydraulic tools.

  • Portable and compact design, light weight; can be loaded onto the rear of pickup trucks or cars.

  • Air‑cooled engine design, no antifreeze required, low energy consumption.

  • Excellent mobility; can be easily wheeled to job sites.

  • Moving components operate within a closed lubrication circuit, bringing low maintenance costs and extended service life.

  • No exhaust emissions from working tools. The engine‑powered unit can be positioned far away from the working tools.
